Where does England rank in league table of public holidays?

England is the poor relation compared to many parts of the world when it comes to public holidays.
India gets a whopping 21, Turkey 16, Finland 12 and America 10. We’re second bottom of the league to Mexico who have just seven public holidays, one less than our nation.
