Tributes to 'amazing friend and dad' after man's body found in Mansfield

Nottinghamshire Police were called to Eakring Road, Mansfield, on the evening of January 28 to reports that a man’s body was found inside a car.
The man, who has not been identified by officers, was confirmed dead at the scene and police are not treating the death as suspicious.

Hide AdTributes to the man have poured in on the Chad’s Facebook page, with people who knew him describing him as an “amazing dad” who “had an impact on everyone”.
Sheri Morgan said: “You were an amazing dad and made everyone laugh. I just wish you’d reached out.
“You will be sadly missed and you will live on in your kids. You will never be forgotten.”
Julie Manero said: “You brightened up everyone's day that you came in contact with, we will all miss you and your unique character that had an impact on everyone.
“My thoughts are with your family, friends and colleagues.”

It is understood the man who died was involved with bus firm Stagecoach.
James McIntyre said: “He was a massive presence here at Stagecoach, we all miss him.”
Rachel Thrower added: “My thoughts are with his family and friends.”
Residents in the Eakring Road area reported hearing and seeing a heavy police presence between 4pm and 5pm on January 28.
