9. Lisa and Kylie Miller
Michele Godber-Dooney says: "All the hours these both put in - mother Lisa Miller and daughter Kylie Miller at Kings Mill. It’s a pleasure knowing people like this go out their way to look after us all." Photo: UGC

10. Lauren Bye
Emily Bradley says: "My NHS hero is my lovely friend Lauren Bye who is a health care support worker at King's Mill Hospital. Since I started my role last April, Lauren has always been a great support. She has been there for me through the good shifts and the hard shifts, we’ve laughed together and cried together but no matter what the situation she has always made me laugh and kept me going! She is an absolute angel and an incredibly hard worker, not only does she work so hard in caring for others, she’s still working whilst growing a tiny human and is 30-plus weeks! You are an inspiration Lauren and I’m so lucky to call you my colleague and friend. I’ll miss you when you finally decide to take your maternity leave." Photo: UGC

11. Ladybrook Pharmacy
Becca Louise Green says: "My colleagues at Ladybrook Pharmacy, what a crazy year it’s been but I am so proud of us all - Sandra Louise Elce, Jodi Northcote, Nicola Langfield and others that aren’t pictured or on Facebook, not forgetting our drivers too delivering to our patients." Photo: UGC

12. Julie Martin
Abi Martin says: "Julie Martin, my mum, works in A&E at King's Mill as a HCA and in the vaccine centre. She has worked tirelessly throughout and had to quickly learn new skills along the way! We love her and are so proud of this brave, strong lady." Photo: UGC
