Man suffers serious injuries after crash on outskirts of Mansfield

A Warsop road is currently closed after a crash involving a car and a motorbike left a man with serious injuries.

Officers are in attendance at the collision in Forest Road, Warsop.

Police were called to the incident at around 5pm.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesperson said: “A man has been taken to hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

“The road has been shut in both directions while officers investigate the circumstances.

“Forest Road will remain closed until it has been cleared.”
