Hundreds turn out for paedophile protest
Organised by former Forest Town man and abuse victim Mickey Summers, between 200 and 300 people joined the protest in Old Market Square where they waved placards and used a megaphone to get their message across.
Mickey, who is now in his 60s and was abused in care when he was 12, is leading the call for an independent inquiry into child abuse, led by the numerous survivors who have stepped forward since he began his campaign.
