These are the latest cases heard at Nottingham Magistrates' Court, between August 26 and September 29.

Joe Lyons, aged 25, of Teal Avenue, Mansfield: Convicted of assault. He was given a 12-month restraining order, fined £900 and ordered to pay a £90 surcharge and £300 costs.

Ricky Cross, 29, of Bilborough Road, Mansfield: Admitted interfering with a motor vehicle. He was fined £120 and orderered to pay a £48 surcharge and £85 costs.

Lee Richards, 50, of Richmond Drive, Mansfield Woodhouse: Admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a £48 surcharge and £85 costs, and banned from driving for six months at Lancashire Magistrates’ Court.

Alison Banner, 47, of Shirland Drive, Mansfield: Admitted breaching a community order by missing appointments, failing to surrender to custody, theft and threatening behaviour. She was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for a year.

Kyle Gregg, 33, of Bamford Drive, Mansfield: Admitted breaching a suspended sentence order imposed for failing to provide a sample to police. The suspended sentence was implemented and he was jailed for six weeks.

Gareth Wood, 30, of Turner Lane, Boughton: Admitted threatening behaviour, criminal damage and breaching a suspended sentence order made for assaulting an emergency worker. He was fined £120 and the operational period of the five-week suspended sentence was extended from 12 months to 18 months.

George Iancu, 40, of George Street, Mansfield: Admitted driving without insurance or a licence. He was fined £660, ordered to pay £90 costs and a £66 surcharge and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

Ian Homer, 59, of Vickers Street, Warsop: Convicted of assault causing actual bodily harm. He was jailed for 26 weeks, suspended for 12 months, with 10 rehabilitation days and ordered to pay a £128 surcharge and £620 costs.

Luke Waine, 30, of Diamond Avenue, Kirkby: Convicted of refusing to provide a blood sample to police. He was given a 12-month community order with 10 rehabilitation days and 150 hours’ of unpaid work, ordered to pay a £95 surcharge and £300 costs and banned from driving for 17 months.

Ricky Harmieson, 34, of Cedar Close, Sutton: Admitted breaching a community order imposed for assault by missing appointments. He was given a six-month community order and must participate in the 31-day building better relationships course and six rehabilitation days.

Philip Vincent, 39, of Park Street, Kirkby: Admitted breaching a non-molestation order on February 17. On September 21 he received a nine month community order with ten rehabilitation days He was fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 surcharge and £85 costs.

Katherine Foster, 37, of Mansfield Road, Sutton: Admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend appointments. She was fined £100.

Latest cases heard by Chesterfield and Derby magistrates include

Damian Allen, 47, of Brickyard Lane, South Normanton: Convicted of failing to provide information identifying the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £600 and ordered to pay a £66 surcharge and £310 costs and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Raul Rosca, 34, of Victoria Street, Shirebrook: Convicted of speeding. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £85 costs and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Gavin Ellis, 58, of Alfred Street, South Normanton: Convicted of speeding. He was fined £166 , ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £90 costs and banned from driving for six months.

Jean Mancini, 79, of Spa Croft, Tibshelf: Convicted of speeding. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a £44 surcharge and £90 costs and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
