A Nottinghamshire man has been jailed for a total of six months for a range of offences - including stealing meat from a Mansfield store.
Wayne James Lee, 50, of Chatsworth Drive, Hucknall, was sentenced when he appeared before Nottingham Magistrates Court on May 10.
The court heard that Lee burgled the B&M Bargains store, in Chapel Street, Hucknall, on March 30, stealing cigarettes to the value of £3,600.
He also stole meat to the value of £100 from the Co-op in Southwell Road East, Mansfield, on April 12, and two bottles of gin from the Tesco Extra, in Jennison Street, Bulwell, on May 9, valued at £40.

For the meat theft he was sentenced to two months in prison and he was jailed for one month for the theft of the gin. The remaining time he must serve is for the break-in at the butchers.
