New owners have Kirkby gym looking fighting fit again

A gym in Kirkby-in-Ashfield is enjoying a new lease of life since being taken over by new owners.

My Gym Space has had its own transformation over the past eight weeks since it was purchased by personal trainers Aaron Keightley and Kerrie Hunt and their company Movement Health & Fitness.

With a new business name, paintwork, logo’s, overhaul of classes and investment in new equipment, members are inspired more than ever to reach their goals.

Aaron said “At Movement Health and fitness we focus on transforming your mind and body through our intense training programming ensuring all muscle groups are targeted effectively on a weekly basis, we overhaul your nutrition by providing you with an easy to follow plan to help you achieve long term sustainable results. “

Regular members to the gym have been delighted by the knowledge, fresh ideas and enthusiasm Kerrie and Aaron bring with them.

And the gym is now accepting new members applications.

Group sessions are open to all ages from 18 upwards, and of all abilities.

One of the new programmes at the gym is Primal which is for those wanting that extra in-depth start to their transformation.

The 12-week programme will not only transform your body, but teach you the ins and outs of nutrition and exercise to continue.
