. Sheila Hancock
Actress Sheila Hancock received a damehood for services to drama and charity. Hancock is best known for her appearances in film and television, including The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, A Discovery of Witches and Delicious. She has also appeared in a number of theatrical productions, including starring in Sister Act the Musical which ran at the London Palladium. Photo: David M. Benett

Singer, songwriter and music producer Craig David has been awarded an MBE for services to music. David has earned 43 award nominations over the course of his career, and won 12, including the Pop International award from Goldene Kamera, Songwriter of the Year from Ivor Novello Awards and Best R&B from MTV Europe Music Awards. Screenwriter and producer Jed Mercurio has been made an OBE for his services to television drama. Mercurio is a British television writer, producer, director and novelist. 9. Roger Deakins
Two time Oscar award winning cinematographer Roger Deakins, who is based in California, was knighted in the overseas list. 10. Rob Burrow
Rob Burrow is a former professional rugby player, and has received an MBE for services to rugby, and to Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Awareness during Covid-19.
