. Sheila Hancock
Actress Sheila Hancock received a damehood for services to drama and charity. Hancock is best known for her appearances in film and television, including The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, A Discovery of Witches and Delicious. David has earned 43 award nominations over the course of his career, and won 12, including the Pop International award from Goldene Kamera, Songwriter of the Year from Ivor Novello Awards and Best R&B from MTV Europe Music Awards. Screenwriter and producer Jed Mercurio has been made an OBE for his services to television drama. Mercurio is a British television writer, producer, director and novelist. 6. Lesley Manville
Actress Lesley Maville has been made a CBE for services to drama and charity. She won the London Film Critics’ Circle Award for Supporting Actress of the Year for her performance in period drama Phantom Thread, where she starred alongside Daniel Day-Lewis. Photo: Bravo
7. Toby Jones
Actor Toby Jones has been made an OBE for his services to drama. The English actor first broke onto the scene with his role as Truman Capote in the biopic Infamous. 8. Lewis Hamilton
Seven time Formula 1 winner Lewis Hamilton was given a knighthood. He credited his success in 2020 to a new determination inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement.
