Jamie Strouther, 26, of Pye Avenue, Mansfield. At Leeming Lane, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the sight or hearing of a person likely to be caused harrassment, alarm or distress. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £35.

Michael Boulton, 38, of No Fixed Address. In Edwinstowe was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Neil Jackson, 44, of Wallis Road, Mansfield. On Newgate Lane was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Also assaulted a police officer in the execution of her duty. Fined £80. Must also pay £50 in compensation.

MOTORING

Paul Bromley, 26, of George Street, Mansfield. Drove a car on Davey Close after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Drove the vehicle without a licence or insurance. Banned from driving for three years and committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for a year. Offence so serious as drank and intended to drive. Must also complete rehabilitation activity requirement, pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £115.

Drew Todd, 18, of Pepper Street, Sutton. Drove a Citreon C3 on Brand Lane while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Drove the vehicle without insurance and failed to stop when required to do so by a police officer. Also had in his possession a quantitiy of cocaine, a controlled drug of Class A. Committed to detention in a youth offender’s institute for 28 weeks. Suspended sentence imposed for dangerous driving activates. WelhAlso ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Ben Childerley, 27, of Yorke Street, Mansfield. Took without lawful authority a car, namely a Fiat Scudo, and drove it while banned from holding or obtaining a licence and without insurance. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Unpaid work of 120 hours imposed. Offence so serious as committed while under a community order. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Must also pay £115 victim surcharge and court costs of £85.

Matthew Hall, 29, of Tattershall Walk, Mansfield. Drove a car, namely a Honda Civic, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Banned from driving for 12 months. Fined £165. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surharge of £33.

Vasilica Velea, 31, of Clifton Grove, Mansfield. Drove a car on Blyth Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Banned from driving for 16 months. Fined £250. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

THEFT

Adam Glasby, 40, of Greenwood Drive, Kirkby. Stole a quantitiy of meat products, to the value of £199.06 belonging to the Co-operative. Jailed for two weeks suspended for 12 months Offence so serious due to repeat shop thefts on previous record. . Also ordered to pay compensaiton of £66.

Linda Kalina, 24, of Woodfield Road, Nottingham. At Clumber Street, Mansfield, stole Lize Lisovska and Kristops Kalnins a cubot mobile phone and a Romanian ID card, of a value unknown. Fined £80. Also ordered to pay court costs of £42 and a victim surcharge of £30.

John Shelton, 46, of High Street, Edwinstowe. Stole clothing, to the value of £104, belonging to Matalan. Discharged conditionally for two years. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Kyle Gregg, 28, of Alcock Avenue, Mansfield. Stole Hugo Boss aftershave, to the value of £45, belonging to Boots. Also store a VR headset, to the value of £8.99, belonging to B&M Bargains. Jailed for 19 days. Offence so serioys as theft was committed on licence and on post-sentence supervision. Also ordered to pay a vctim surcharge of £115.

Dominick Sprawka, 26, of West Bank Lea, Mansfield. Stole fragrance, to the value of £75, belonging to Debenhams store. Must pay fine of £40. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

ASSAULT

Jackson Teller, 30, of Wood Lane, Church Warsop. Assaulted a male by beating. Community order made with curfew and electronic monitoring requirement. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs, an £85 victim surcharge and £50 in compensation.

Joshua Soar, 19, of The Oval, Sutton. Jointly with Cory Pilmore, assaulted a male, thereby occasioning actual bodily harm. Jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months. Must also carry out 130 hours of unpaid work. Offence so serious due to group action and town centre drinking. Also ordered to pay £400 in compensation, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £115.

Dale Pickering, 28, of No Fixed Address. In Church Warsop, assaulted a male. Jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Offence so serious due to breach under existing community order. Also ordered to pay £115 court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

DRUGS

Chelsea Dobbs, 18, of Kirton Close, Meden Vale. Had in her possession a quantity of cocaine, a controlled drug of Class A. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Jack Green, 20, of Tudsbury Terrace, Sutton. Had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of Class B. Fined £93. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

DAMAGE

Shane Price, 29, of Clegg Hill Drive, Huthwaite. Without lawful excuse, damaged a Renault Clio, of a value unknown. Restraining order to protect owner of car. Ordered to pay a fine of £300. Must also pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.

Simon Foulkes, 35, of No Fixed Address. Damaged a UPVC door to a value unknown. Also stole aftershave, to the value of £45, belonging to Boots. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Offence so serious due to raft of offending and offending while on post-sentence supervision. Must also pay £125 in compensation.

OTHER

Christopher Moles, 32, of Sadler Street, Mansfield. At Pleasley, deposited controlled building materials and waste on Green Lane without the authority of an environmental permit. Fined £1,230. Also ordered to pay £497 in court costs, £173.23 in compensation and a victim surcharge of £123.

Tina Gregg, 29, of George Street, Mansfield. At Church Street, was found in charge of a child underthe age of seven years while drunk. Fined £120. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.
