Firefighters rush to scene of road crash
Firefighters attended a road crash in Pleasley this afternoon.
Crews from Shirebrook were called to Common Lane at 1.40pm.
Upon arrival they found one car on its side.
A Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "One casualty was released from the vehicle prior to the arrival of the fire service and in the care of East Midlands Ambulance Service.
"Crews made the vehicle safe."
