Drink Driving

Jarolsaw Stawowski, 33 of Howard Road, Mansfield admitted driving with 57mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35mcg. He also admitted driving without a licence or insurance. He was fined £280, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £28, costs of £85, a criminal court charge of £150 and disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Robert William Ryan, 52 of Blackwell Road, Sutton failed to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of drink driving. He also pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit Van which did not have a test certificate. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and a community order with a three month curfew order made. Ryan was ordered to pay a criminal court charge of £150 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Jamie Stephen Gregory, 25 of Methuen Avenue, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a woman by beating on five separate occasions. He was remanded in custody until September 8 for pre-sentence reports.

Corey Dolan, 19 of Sedgewick Street, Jakcsdale pleaded guilty to assaulting three females by beating. He was conditionally bailed until September 19 pending reports.

Lorraine Louise Parbury, 29 of Marlborugh Road Kirkby pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating. She was remanded on unconditional bail until September 16 for pre-sentence reports.

Theft

Daniel Keith Cooke, 30 of no fixed address pleaded guilty to taking a motor vehicle in Kirkby without consent and using it while disqualified without insurance. Cook also admitted stealing a BMW vehicle in Mansfield on a separate occasion. Cook also admitted possessing cannabis. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks and disqualified from holding a licence for 12 months. Offence so serious because aggravated by record of thefts of vehicles and driving whilst disqualified. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Christopher Morton, 39 of Newark Close, Mansfield stole coffee worth £15 from Tesco Express. He also admitted stealing a Kenwood stereo and a Nike hoodie from a Vauxhall Astra. He also failed to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. A 10 day community order was made, he was ordered to pay compensation of £50 and a criminal courts charge of £180.

Andrew Christopher Hoggard, 40 of Shelton Avenue, Hucknall, admitted stealing meat from Coop food stores valued at £140, £150, and £80 respectively between April and May of 2015. Hoggard was bailed to undergo an assessment for dependency on class A drugs and ordered to participate in treatment and any follow ups. Excluded from entering any Coop stores.

Nathan Shaun Bonser, 20 of Mary Street, Kirkby stole cash to the value of £20. A community order was made for him to take part in a Thinking Skills programme for 19 days. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60, costs of £40 and a criminal courts charge of £180.

Richard Luke Dowdall, 24 of Sherwood street, Mansfield stole a Dewalt laser level from McDonalds, Westgate. A community order was made for 6 months with treatment for alcohol dependency, criminal court charge of £180 and victim surcharge of £60.

Cara Marsh, 18 of Tideswell Court Mansfield, pleaded guilty to destroying a glass window at the New Inn public House and assaulting a man by beating. She was remanded on conditional bail until October 12.

Julian Wayne Heath, 56 of Orchard Street, Mansfield failed to comply with a community requirement of a 16 week suspended sentence order made by Nottingham Magistrates’ Court for driving while disqualified. New and varied curfew requirement of 19 weeks, with 3 weeks added to original to mark the breach.

Adam Taylor, 20 of West Hill Drive, Mansfield pleaded guilty to deliberately damaging the wing mirrors of two cars, possession of cannabis and possession of amphetamine. He was ordered to comply with a community order with rehabilitation requirement, pay compensation of £50 for each car, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £180.

Adam Guy, 24 of Abbot Road, Mansfield admitted damaging a boiler room door, double bed, bath panel and fan valued at £435. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 15 days. He was ordered to pay compensation or £435 and a criminal court charge of £150.

Lee Goody, 28 of Cromwell Street admitted he interfered with a motor vehicle with the intention that an offence of theft would be committed. He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to bail at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. He was committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks, reason so serious because nature aggravated by record of similar offending. He was ordered to pay a criminal court charge of £150 and a victim surcharge of £80.
