Mansfield MP invites constituents on a festive trip to Parliament
Steve Yemm invites constituent to join him on a special trip to Parliament
Mansfield residents are being invited to spend a day in London this December, with a tour of the Houses of Parliament and Christmas shopping on Oxford Street.

Steve Yemm, MP for Mansfield, is organising the trip for Friday 11th December. A coach will leave Mansfield town centre at 7am and return the same day.
The day includes a morning trip to Oxford Street, a full guided tour of the House of Commons and House of Lords (business permitting), a Q&A with Mr Yemm, and a chance to visit the Parliament gift shop.
Mr Yemm said: “Parliament is there to serve the people of this country, and I believe everyone should have the chance to see how it works first-hand. The response to our previous visit was excellent, and I’m delighted to be able to offer residents another opportunity this December, with the added bonus of some Christmas shopping on Oxford Street.”
The trip is open to anyone living in the Mansfield constituency. Tickets cost £26 each plus an Eventbrite booking fee. The tour itself is free, and the ticket price only covers the cost of the coach.
Mr Yemm added: “This is a chance to tour both Houses, see where our laws are debated and made, and put questions to me directly about the issues that matter to Mansfield. I’d encourage anyone who’s interested to get in touch and book their place.”
To book a place, email [email protected] with the names, addresses and phone numbers of everyone who’d like to attend.
