The airborne lifesaving charity was chosen to be the firm’s charity partner after a poll of trentbarton staff between a shortlist of good causes drawn from nominations by colleagues and customers.

Since 1994 the LNAA has been by the side of patients across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire at their greatest moment of need. Their doctor and paramedic teams bring the equivalent of an emergency department to the scene of an incident, performing life-saving procedures before transporting the patient to the hospital in which they’ll receive the best care for their ongoing needs.

Trentbarton staff spent the last two years pursuing a range of fundraising activities, including a hike on the H1 route, a skydive by two bus drivers, Halloween and Christmas jumper days, raffles, bake sales and much more.

Money was also raised for the charity through trentbarton’s Namesake programme, where people can donate to have a bus named after a loved one.

Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance responded to 1,608 missions in 2025 and is experiencing its busiest ever start to a year in 2026, responding to an average of five missions a day so far.

The charity receives no Government funding, relying on donations to keep its crews in the air and on the roads 24/7, 365 days a year. The LNAA is currently fundraising for a second helicopter which will respond from a new base in Nottingham. The base and helicopter will be operational by Autumn 2027.

Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance’s Corporate Partnerships Manager Joe Harper said: “Working with the trentbarton team over the last two years has been a wonderful experience, and they’ve raised an incredible amount to support us.

“£12,000 will cover the cost of three life-saving missions for our crew and, as we receive no government funding, the support of our community is vital. I'm looking forward to continuing our work with trentbarton as a member of the LNAA Business Club.”

trentbarton’s Marketing and Communications Manager Scarlet McCourt said: “Our teams pulled out all the stops to raise as much as possible for Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance. What they do each day is amazing and is so valued by the trentbarton family and the communities we both serve.”
