With the current restrictions meaning pubs and restaurants can open for alfresco drinking and dining on April 12, many have had to rethink their outside spaces.
These Mansfield and Ashfield pubs have used their time wisely to renovate their beer gardens and patios, ready to welcome customers back on Monday.

The Foxglove at Forest Town's management team posted on their social media pages:
"We have been super busy today, planning and moving tables to give you the best experience we can when we reopen for alfresco dining on Monday.
"We have extended our gardens on to the car park, we have an adult-only section and lots of space for families too. "We can’t wait to welcome you all back next week."

2. Hare & Hounds
The Hare & Hounds at Warsop have completed a full renovation both inside and out during lockdown.

The pub on Botany Avenue have extended their outside space ready for opening on Monday.

The Red on Bancroft Lane have introduced new pods alongside their beach huts, to increase the covered outdoor seating on offer.
