The inn is offering Christmas dinner deliveries on Christmas Eve. A spokesman on their Facebook page said: "We are still doing Sunday Carvery delivery and we will also be offering a delivery service for our Xmas Fayre Menu on set days. If any of you are in need of Christmas dinners we will also be making and delivering these on Christmas Eve with instructions for reheating on Christmas day. We do already have several bookings made for Xmas day and so would encourage you to book in ASAP." (

Launched by catering business Noble House Events with food prepared by chefs who learned at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants, this service will deliver traditional turkey and all the trimmings, beef and vegan options to customers. It can all be cooked in under an hour and consists of frozen mains, sides and desserts, with prices from £44. Drinks including wines and fizz are available too. (
A spokesman said: "Regardless of what 'tier' our area is in this Christmas Day, we have decided to make all of our Christmas Day lunches at The Devonshire for 'takeaway/collection'." They announced that it will be £29.90 per person and £19.90 for young adults under 12. (
Tesco are also offering customers the opportunity to have their Christmas food delivered to their doors with Christmas dinner box sets of their own. The box sets are priced at £35 each and are made for two people to share, the supermarket has also launched it’s first ever vegan Christmas dinner box which includes premium vegan products.
The restaurant said they are in the planning stages of providing Christmas lunch deliveries. A spokesman said on its Facebook page: "We’ll be doing Christmas fayre takeaways and with a little imagination, trying to bring some of the events to you. We’re also in planning stages of providing a stress free Christmas Day lunch, all prepared and ready to go." (

This year, they are offering a turkey Christmas dinner with all the trimmings as well as a vegan Christmas dinner. Each meal delivered comes ready to be cooked, and the Christmas dinner recipes are available to order from December 1, with delivery services operating from December 12 right up to December 24.
You can already order their Christmas Dinner boxes online right now and these festive packages include many Christmas food favourites. They are priced at £50 each and families will need to act quickly to get their hands on a Christmas dinner box before they are sold out. The Morrisons website, said: “Discover our complete Christmas dinner in a box with everything you need to create a festive feast for four. It’s full to the brim with succulent British Turkey, sensational sides, an indulgent Belgian chocolate yule log, deep filled mince pies and a selection of cheese rye sourdough crackers and festive fruit chutney. "It’s a wonderful way to take the hassle out of your Christmas dinner planning.”
This company is offering freshly cooked one, two or three course Christmas dinners for delivery throughout Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire in December. A three-course dinner for one is priced £19.95 and delivery costs £2. “Imagine Christmas Day with all of the amazing food but none of the stress of cooking it,” the firm says. (
