A Sutton pub has celebrated with a Halloween relaunch party following a £40,000 refurbishment.

Enterprise Inns has completely revamped Low Street’s Nag’s Head and introduced a food offering for the first time.

It is also being billed as Sutton’s number one sports and entertainment venue, featuring five large screen TVs and a big screen projector.

Manager Natalie Slack said: “This is a big relaunch, introducing a wide range of attractions and entertainment for customers, who for the first time can enjoy food.

“It is all very exciting, and I am looking forward to making it a popular and successful community pub.”

The revamped pub will now be a top entertainment hub featuring Thursday afternoon bingo, Friday and Saturday night themed discos, a Saturday meat raffle, plus quiz and poker nights.

And for sports fans there is plenty of action with Sky Sports and BT Sport coverage to suit all tastes.

But if you are just after some tasty food at a nice price, a burger and pizza menu has been introduced with a buy one-get-one free offer on Mondays, along with an all week two pizzas for £10 offer.

Matt Gurney, Enterprise Regional Manager, said: “Following our investment, there is now something for everyone at The Nag’s Head.

“Sports fans are very well catered for and there is a wide range of entertainment right through the week.

“Food is now on offer, which we think will pull in people who maybe would not have considered visiting the pub in the past.”

Opening hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-11pm, Friday 10am-1am, Saturday 9am-1am and Sunday 11am-11pm.

Food will is served from opening until 5pm Monday to Saturday. Breakfast is served from 10am every day except Saturday, when it is available from 9am. Food is not served on Sundays.
