A TOP Dire Straits tribute act will be bringing the sounds of the band to Sutton’s Diamond Club on Friday.
Dire Streets, which is made up of John Brunsdon on guitars and vocals, Dave Hall on keyboards, Ed Arnold on rhythm guitar, Eoin McQuone on bass guitar and Dik Chandler on drums, will be playing all the band’s classics during their two-hour set.
The gig will see Dire Streets cover early favourites such as Sultans of Swing and Wild West End through to the band’s huge hits of the 1980s, along with live versions from the Alchemy, Live Aid and Mandela concerts.
Entry to the Diamond Club is £5 for members and £6.50 for non-members and doors open at 7pm.
