Chatsworth Christmas market will be closed on Sunday due to high wind forecast

Due to the forecast of high winds the Christmas market at Chatsworth will be closed on Sunday.

The house, garden and farmyard will be open as usual, and the car parking charge will be £3.

The safety of visitors, traders and staff is Chatsworth’s primary concern. It has been decided to close the market due to forecast adverse weather and the potential effect on the market’s temporary structures.

The market will be open as usual on Saturday and is expected to reopen on Monday.

Chatsworth Christmas Market is a free event and runs from November 12-29, weekdays 10am-5.30pm and weekends 10am-6pm.
