Family fun in animal-themed Nottingham concert

Nottingham Symphony Orchestra will be in action at Nottingham's Royal Concert Hall, on April 2, from 6pm.

The concert will be called Animal Magic and this will be an entertaining themed concert for all the family.

You can expect performances of Peter and the Wolf, narrated by Notts TV’s Frances Finn, Die Fledermaus Overture, with an 11-year-old conductor, extracts from Swan Lake and The Firebird, plus the UK premiere Much Ado About Animals, complete with a massed children’s choir. The concert will also feature the acclaimed Sandra Taylor School of Dance and will be conducted by Derek Williams.
