AEW Dynamite: UK start time this week, matches announced and what is the Blood & Guts Match?
History is set to be made as twelve women take part in the first Women’s Blood & Guts match.
- AEW Dynamite is set to present perhaps its most barbaric episode of 2025.
- The men’s and women’s divisions are set to collide in two separate Blood & Guts matches, while Adam Page takes on Hobbs in a Falls Count Anywhere match.
- Here is your AEW Dynamite preview, how to watch in the UK, and what exactly the Blood & Guts match is all about.
In professional wrestling, the deepest feuds—like the complex, personal rivalries culminating in the women's division, or the bloody war between Jon Moxley and Darby Allin—demand a definitive, physical end. When verbal assaults and simple matches are no longer enough to settle the score, promotions turn to the most destructive stipulation possible.
Tonight, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is giving its biggest rivalries the ultimate, inescapable setting for settlement with the highly anticipated return of its most violent match: Blood & Guts.
Taking place at the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina, tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite promises to be the most violent night of the year. The card is headlined by not one, but two colossal main events: the inaugural Women's Blood & Guts match, featuring twelve elite competitors including champions Mercedes Moné and Kris Statlander, and the men's version, which seeks to conclude the bloody war between the Death Riders and The Conglomeration.
Adding to the all-out chaos, the AEW Men’s World Champion Hangman Adam Page will also be involved in a brutal Falls Count Anywhere match against the powerful threat of Hobbs.
Ahead of tonight's monumental show, here is a complete preview of the card - and what that Blood & Guts match entails...
What time is AEW Dynamite starting in the UK this week?
It’s a late one for those who want to watch this week’s episode live - the show is scheduled to start at 1am on November 13 through TrillerTV (available with an AEW Plus subscription).
Those, however, wanting to watch the show on free-to-air TV will have to wait until Friday (November 14), when ITV4 will broadcast an abridged version of the show from 10pm, with repeats available on demand through ITVX.
What matches have been announced for AEW Dynamite this week?
Women's Blood & Guts: Match

History will be forged tonight as twelve women—Mercedes Moné, Thekla, Skye Blue, Julia Hart, Megan Bayne, Marina Shafir, Kris Statlander, Toni Storm, Willow Nightingale, Jamie Hayter, Mina Shirakawa, and Harley Cameron—become the first women to compete in this devastating match type.
This 6-on-6 contest is the culmination of months of all-star tag feuds that have defined the women's division this summer. The heel team, led by TBS Champion Mercedes Moné, will seize a critical advantage at the start of the match thanks to Thekla's win on Collision last week.
Moné, despite her high-profile status as the PWI Women's 250 number one, is largely untested in the kind of brutal match this promises to be, placing her in stark contrast to her opposing leader and Full Gear opponent, AEW Women's World Champion Kris Statlander.
Statlander is a veteran of vicious brawls, but her team holds its own tension, primarily the deep, unresolved history between her and former friend and current teammate, Willow Nightingale.
With Moné serving as an outlier among her own squad while personally feuding with every babyface opponent, these complex dynamics and the ongoing Women's World Tag Team Championship tournament storylines guarantee that this inaugural women's match will be an unforgettable chapter in AEW history.
Falls Count Anywhere: Hangman vs. Hobbs
The AEW Men's World Champion, ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, steps into a non-title match tonight in Greensboro as he continues his singular pursuit of revenge against The Opps ahead of his title defence against Samoa Joe at Full Gear.
Tonight's target is Powerhouse Hobbs. This singles match—their first since 2021—is a direct response to Hobbs's shocking attack last Wednesday, where he brutally power-slammed the world champion through a table before forcing Page's tag team partner, Hook, to submit.
Adding to the chaos, the match will be contested under Falls Count Anywhere rules inside the First Horizon Coliseum.
The question remains: Can Hangman successfully neutralise one of The Opps' most dangerous members to build momentum toward Full Gear, or will the powerful Hobbs once again manage to get the better of the world champion?
Death Riders vs. The Conglomeration (and Friends)
The long-running, bloody war between Jon Moxley and Darby Allin will reach its ultimate conclusion in the men's version of this notorious match type.
Since losing to Allin in an "I Quit" match at WrestleDream, Moxley, backed by the Death Riders, has shown a noticeably darker, less honourable side, relying on interference and shortcuts to avoid true defeat. Darby Allin has enlisted a team of rivals in The Conglomeration and Roderick Strong, all of whom have a personal axe to grind with the Death Riders. Thanks to a clever distraction by Allin on Collision, his team secured the crucial entry advantage into the match.
Despite this setback, the Death Riders have unmatched experience; every member has competed in this type of match before, and Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta will set a new AEW record for the most appearances. Though they have currently declined Don Callis's offer for outside reinforcement—a deal that included doing extra damage to Mark Briscoe—the possibility of betrayal hangs over the contest.
Both teams seek to finally settle the score, and they are willing to do whatever it takes to survive the night.
What is the Blood & Guts Match advertised for AEW Dynamite?
The Blood & Guts match is AEW’s signature, team-based cage match, designed to settle feuds with maximum violence.
The contest takes place within a massive, single structure that encloses two wrestling rings set side-by-side, all surrounded by a high steel cage with a full mesh roof, preventing any escape. The match utilises a strict, staggered entry system: it begins with one wrestler from each team, followed by the team with the "advantage" sending in a third member to gain a temporary numerical edge. Competitors then alternate entering at set intervals until all members of both teams are inside.
Only at this point does the match officially begin. Crucially, the match can only be won when one competitor from the opposing team is forced to submit or is rendered unconscious (knockout); pin-falls do not count.
This unique structure and victory condition ensure the Blood & Guts match is one of the most definitive and brutal contests in professional wrestling, a format very similar to the WWE’s WarGames match, which will take place later this month on November 29.
