Having set the play in the 1920s, with a new original score, the visual glamour and a post-war confidence in this Charleston era, Christopher Neil, the director, says references are made to the Vaudeville clowns and antics while giving some of the songs in the play a Music Hall treatment.

See the play from Thursday June 30, to Saturday July 2. Tickets are priced at £8.50 full / £7.50 concessions./ Children aged 10+ and students £6 / family of four £25. Call 01623 633133 or visit www.mansfield.gov.uk/palacetheatre.
