Selston sacrifice top spot as Bingham take the three points

Selston’s reign at the top of the Premier Division is over after a second successive defeat saw them lose 2-0 at home to Bingham Town on Saturday.

Awsworth Villa, meanwhile responded in the best possible way to their 11-1 hammering last week by proceeding to record two successive 4-0 wins against Cotgrave on Saturday and then at Keyworth United on Tuesday night to lift them away from the danger zone.
