Drawn at 27, Mick fished the bomb and pellet and the pellet wagler both cast to the lily pad loose feeding very few 6mm pellets. He was kept busy landing 34 carp – 8lb finishing with over double the second place weight with 116lb 15oz.

A cold windy wet day, it was never going to be easy, but Pete Hodgetts did make it look easy, drawn at peg 27 he fished the bomb and pellet and the pellet wag over the top landing carp -8lb in his total of 66lb 10oz. Paddy fished a short pole and pellet for 45lb 8oz finishing secnd his best finish yet.
