As swimming legend Becky Adlington watched a giant statue of herself in action being unveiled in the Serpentine, she offered tips to competitors heading out to the forthcoming Rio Olympics hoping to emulate her medals successes.
Just a day after being named in a poll as one of the top 20 Great Britain Olympians of all time, the Mansfield ace was down in London to see the 12ft high, 40ft long statue revealed in the Serpentine at London’s Hyde Park.
