Coach proud of squad after national success

Director of coaching Nathan Hilton was proud of his swimmers after Nova Centurion were fifth at the British Summer Championships at Ponds Forge, Sheffield.

Hilton said: “What a fantastic week.

“This is the culmination of over four years of hard work, where everyone has been pulling in the same direction to put the programme back where it belongs as one of the top age/youth and senior programmes in Great Britain.

In 20 years of coaching at this level I do not think I have ever experienced a meet where the whole team has performed so well.
