Ashfield host Long Eaton on Saturday looking for a repeat of their 26-0 away win early in the season.
The title-chasing side scored four second half tries to secure five valuable points that day.
With no new injury worries and returning players available, Ashfield should have their strongest squad to chose from.
But they know that Long Eaton always provide a physical test for Ashfield and this week’s training has focused on channelled aggression.
Jono Richardson, with a classy second half performance against Keyworth, will be looking for a starting role on the wing.
So too will Josh Heald who, at flanker, has also played himself into reckoning.
Flanker is a fiercely contested position at Ashfield with four players on their day all capable of commanding a starting role.
With five league games remaining for Ashfield, each one must be approached as if it was a cup final.
