Stevenage are relatively new EFL opponents for Stags, because although they’ve met in almost every season over the last ten years, it was only 2015 when they played each other for the first time at One Call Stadium, having previously only met in what is now the National League.
Stags won 1-0 thanks to Reggie Lambe’s second-half strike on February 7.
Here, we look at who was in Mansfield’s squad that day and where their careers eventually took them.

9. Billy Kee - Forward
Billy Kee was on loan at Stags from Scunthorpe, scoring twice in 13 games. He had a good career at Accrington Stanley before dropping into non-league with Coalville and now Quorn. Photo: Nathan Stirk

10. Vadaine Oliver - Forward
Oliver was on loan with Stags from Crewe and scored seven goals in 30 appearances. Went on to play for numerous EFL clubs and is now with Bradford City. Photo: Pete Norton

11. Matt Rhead - Forward

12. Reggie Lambe - Forward (sub)
Lambe scored the winner just after coming on as a half-time sub. Lambe had two seasons with Mansfield, scoring ten goals in 67 games. Went on to play for Carlisle and Cambridge United, Stowmarket Town, Sudbury and Braintree and is now at Needham Market in the National League North. Photo: JPIMedia
