Three of the four took place in the Black Dragon Badges North division, where Phoenix missed out on the chance to narrow the gap on leaders Glapwell as they went down 3-1 at Ollerton Town.

Tom Cooke opened the scoring for the home side on 41 minutes following a corner which came back off the bar, before a Kyle Clarkson volley increased the lead five minutes after the interval.

Phoenix top scorer Rob Gorman pulled one back in the dying minutes, but Ollerton tied up their fifth successive league win through Kyle Ludlow deep into added time.

Dronfield Town Reserves moved up to fifth place after a 4-0 defeat of Appleby Frodingham, who drop to sixth.

Chaz Bradwell scored twice for the home side, with Alex Jones and James Savage also on target.

Retford were grateful for a late Luke Tong penalty, which was the only goal of their game against Bilsthorpe.

The match between Welbeck Welfare and Newark Town was abandoned on 40 minutes due to the condition of the pitch after a serious injury to a Welbeck player.

Only one match survived in the Black Dragon Badges South division, with the battle between the bottom two going the way of Bulwell as they saw off Southwell City 3-0 at Greenwich Avenue.

The game was a triumph for Jake Fisher who got all three of the home side’s goals.

The first came from the penalty spot on 20 minutes, with a second coming on 65 minutes.

It was three minutes into stoppage time when Fisher completed his hat trick to lift Bulwell two places in the table.
