We deserved more than a point at Mansfield Town believes Wycombe Wanderers boss Michael Duff
Frustrated Wycome Wanderers manager Michael Duff felt his side had performed well and deserved more than a point in this afternoon's 0-0 stalemate at Mansfield Town.
“We have done more than enough to win the game today,” he said.
“We have come away to a difficult place with Mansfield unbeaten in seven, having beaten two of the top sides in this league and a Championship side, yet Will Noris has not had a save to make.
“We looked a good team today but we've got to become a winning team. That is the challenge now.
“There was loads to like about today's performance.
“That is three good performances in a week but only four points from them – and that is not enough from three good performances.”
He added: “We kept the one box clean today but just didn't take that moment in the other box.
“It is frustrating. Tactically they did everything we asked of them. But the most difficult thing in football is scoring a goal, and we had enough opportunities to do so today.”
