WATCH: Our reactions to Reading popping Mansfield Town's bubble and new injury concerns emerging

Mansfield Town will be looking to move on quickly from Wednesday’s nightmare in Reading.

Stags were sent home from a 5-0 defeat in their midweek League One clash as the Royals secured their first three points of the season in emphatic style.

It was a surprising and head-scratching result for Nigel Clough’s side, who had beaten Luton Town 5-2 just days prior. The manager believes the humbling end result against Reading did not truly reflect the ins and outs of the match.

Clough felt ‘every little thing’ went against Mansfield but it was probably deserved, given how Stags performed overall, and he believes his side were their own worst enemy as they shipped five goals after such a statement win.

“We certainly caused our own problems this evening. It was a very strange, weird game – to have as much of the game as we did and as many chances and situations,” Clough said after the match.

As Stags try to put the defeat behind them and focus on Bradford, Georgia and Stephen discuss the midweek fiasco and the recent injury concerns that came with it.
