There is no change at the top of the Central Midlands League Black Dragon North Division with both Thoresby Colliery and Clay Cross Town adding another three points to their totals.

Thoresby were 3-0 winners over Askern which means they maintain their two point lead at the top. Goals from Danny Wiltshire, Jamie Tryner and Lewis Bingham made it 13 wins from 14 for the Nighthawks.

Clay Cross remain hot on their heels, returning from Thorne Colliery with a 4-0 win.

Ant Lynam and Jake Tittley gave the Millers a two goal lead at the interval, the same two players adding another one each after the break.

Brodsworth Welfare and Ollerton Town fought out a 2-2 draw at the Welfare Ground.

The home side led twice through Mark Vickerage’s penalty and a goal from Declan Archibald, but Ollerton levelled with goals from Liam Carver and Carl Russo.

Harworth Colliery bounced back from last week’s defeat with a 2-0 win at Dinnington Town.

Matt Bradley gave Harworth a first half advantage with Gaz Sides wrapping things up five minutes from the end.

Sherwood Colliery’s four game undefeated run came to an end at at Bentley Colliery, the home side coming out on top by three goals to two.

Phil Doran, Tom Padgett and James Stewart were on target for Bentley, with Craig Payne getting both for Sherwood. Kinsley Boys’ Matty Roberts was the day’s top scorer, finding the net four times in his team’s 7-0 defeat of Welbeck Welfare. Jack Owen got two with Andrew Davis also on the scoresheet.

It was lucky 13 for Eastwood Community as the picked up their first point of the season at Mickleover RBL in the Black Dragon Badges South Division.

Nick Hewer was the man who finally broke their duck, with Josh Williamson getting one for the Legion.

At the other end of the table, Mickleover Royals took a break from their Vase exploits to add three more points at the expense of Holbrook St Michaels. Louis Menson, Ashley Foster and Matt Savage were the Royals’ scorers as they maintain their lead at the head of the table.

Hucknall Town completed the double over Hucknall Rolls Leisure as they ran out 4-1 winners.

The game attracted 116 spectators to Watnall Road, Town taking an eighth minute lead thanks to Aaron Evans and adding further goals through Elliott Pitt, Cameron Davidson and Adam Nelson, Greg Conn getting a last minute consolation for Rolls.

Tom Ellis scored a hat-trick for Pinxton as they rolled over Harrowby Saints by five clear goals. Kurtis Bamford and Josh Madin were also on target, the win taking Pinxton to fifth place in the table.

Bulwell and Swanwick took a point each from their game, Marek Vipond’s 53rd minute goal for the Bulls being countered by Chris Turner 10 minutes later.

Linby Colliery were 7-2 winners over Dunkirk Reserves in the Notts FA Intermediate Cup. Joe Butler and Matt Murphy both scored twice, with Damian Mann, Rian Charles and Mason Frizelle getting one each, Ellis Reed and Alex Meehan scored Dunkirk’s goals.

A single goal by Liam Black was enough for Bilsthorpe to edge past Underwood Villa, while Teversal Reserves crashed out with a 7-0 defeat at Cotgrave.
