Stags looked rock solid at the back but lacked bite up front once more.
Here are our player ratings from the game . . .
1. HARRY LEWIS 7
A solid, competent debut for Stags' new keeper after being drafted in at the last minute. Made the only real save he needed to make well and was an assured, experienced presence. Photo: Chris Holloway
2. DEJI OSHILAJA 8
Another excellent defensive display. Perfectly timed crucial last ditch tackle to halt Timor Tutierov on an early breakaway and showed great strength to get between the same player and the ball to see it out for a goal kick when he threatened again. Photo: Chris Holloway
3. RYAN SWEENEY 7
Good first half as part of a three to help Stags towards another clean sheet but went off injured at half-time, replaced by Kyle Knoyle. Photo: Chris Holloway
4. BAILY CARGILL 8
Superb display right from a thunderous tackle in the opening minute that delighted the home fans. Almost set up a goal in the second half, but the post and keeper came to Exeter's rescue. Photo: Chris Holloway
