Sky Sports have selected two Mansfield Town fixtures for live TV coverage this coming season.

Stags will get their 2026/27 season underway with a blockbuster Carabao Cup first round clash against Sheffield United, which will be shown live on Sky Sports Football. The match was originally scheduled for Saturday, August 8th but will now take place on Sunday, August 9th at the One Call Stadium. Kick-off is penned for 4pm.

Mansfield Town’s League One match against Burton Albion at the Pirelli Stadium on Saturday, September 19th will also be broadcast. The 12.30pm clash will be shown live on Sky Sports+.

Stags learned their full running order of fixtures last week. Their league season will begin with a home game against Doncaster Rovers before meeting with the likes of Peterborough, Luton Town and Reading. Their first Nottinghamshire Derby game against newly promoted Notts County will take place on October 31st.

Mansfield Town will be eager to build on last season’s impressive tenth place finish, which marked their best league end result in almost 40 years. They will also look to recreate similar success against Sheffield United, who they famously beat 4-3 in the FA Cup to reach the fourth round.

In other news, Stags have launched their 2026/27 away kit, which will be available to purchase from Saturday, July 4th. You can find out more here.
