Three spot kicks decide Shirebrook match at Eccleshill

Shirebrook started the game well and tested the home side keeper made the breakthrough in the 32nd minute from the spot.

Mitchell Dunn was brought down by Sprinkler and Matt Langley stepped up to send the keeper the wrong way for a half-time lead.

Eccleshill equalised on the hour-mark when they were awarded a penalty of their own, Luke Harrop scoring.

But, in a dramatic match, a third penalty was awarded seven minutes from time. It went in Shirebook’s favour and Langley scores his and Shirebrook’s second spot kick of the match.
