Teversal FC seek new reserve team manager

Teversal Football Club is seeking a reserve team manager to work along with the club’s existing senior management team.

The reserves play their football in the Central Midlands Football League Reserve Supreme Division and is an integral part of the club’s senior structure with the first team playing their football in the Toolstation Northern Counties East League Division One.

The opportunity is open to someone who has, or is willing to work to, a Level Two coaching certificate and becoming an FA Licensed Coach and is committed to continuous professional development (CPD) and possible progression through the FA Coaching pathway.

The club aspiration is for coaches to work to an agreed development plan that is beneficial to both the club and the individual.

Support will be given to gain the certification required and the relevant Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks (previously CRB checks).

The post will see the successful candidate responsible for all aspects of football activity regarding the reserves team, including team selection, planning and delivering training sessions and managing the development of the team and individual players as per the individual needs.

This will have to be done with close liaison with the first team management and U18’s management to work to the club ethos of developing players for the first team.
