The 2019-20 campaign may have been declared null and void, but club officials are working towards what they describe as a more 'streamlined' approach.

The under 18s and 19s set up has been disbanded due to the number of youngsters progressing to the first team.

All club youngsters have been invited to link up with the senior set-up, where their previous management team of Antony Coleman and Martyn Topliss will be joining the senior management along with Lee Cook, the trio overseeing the first team and reserves.

How this will take shape will be announced in the coming weeks.

Last season's reserve team management team of Martin Bower with Kev and Chris Heathcote have resigned from their posts.

A club statement read: "Martin has had a change in personal circumstances and stepped down due to being unable to dedicate the time to run the reserves.

"Kev and Chris feel it’s the right time to step down with Martin as they did the job as a team.

"The three are to remain with the club and are currently assessing where they would like to be within the Teversal family.

"The club would like to put on record that we are sad to see them leave the post and thank all three for their efforts, but obviously are happy to hear they will be staying at the club."

Teversal Ladies will compete in the Notts Girls' & Ladies' League Senior Division when football can resume.

The team is looking to recruit players to the existing squad as well as seeking sponsorship.

Further information is available from joint managers Chan McIntosh ([email protected] or 07581 044 448) and Lucy Smith ([email protected] or 07470 045 440).

Development work was due to take place at the SR Timber Arena Teversal Grange Sports & Social Centre Ground during the close season, but this has been hampered by the coronavirus outbreak.

Tevie are appealing to anyone who can spare some time to help the club achieve their 2020 development plan. Anyone interested is asked to contact chairman Nick James at [email protected] or on 07530 274 190.
