Stags Checkatrade Trophy dates announced

Dates for Mansfield Town's three Checkatrade Trophy group fixtures against Lincoln City, Wolves U21s and Scunthorpe United have been announced with two of them at home this season.

Mansfield kick-off with a trip to rivals Lincoln City on Tuesday, 4th September (7.45pm kick-off), followed by home fixtures against Wolves U21s on Tuesday, 9th October (7.45pm) and Scunthorpe United on Tuesday, 13th November (7.45pm).

The format for this year’s competition is much the same as 2017/18, with only a couple of small changes to the regulations.

Players from EFL clubs who are out on loan in the National League and below are now eligible to feature in the competition, while invited teams have been restricted to fielding two players over the age of 21 and more than 40 first team appearances.

Ticket information for Stags’ Checkatrade Trophy matches will be announced closer to the time of the fixtures.
