Simply magnificent and Man of the Match. Roberts pulled off two crucial first half saves at a point where Stags culd have buckled under at 1-0 down. Second half most shots were from distance but on a wet surface he judged them all magnificently as they swerved and bounced towards goal.placeholder image

Came on for Akins on 50 minutes and put himself about superbly, giving the home defenders a phsyical presence to have to try to control. Held the ball up well and almost scored a late winner but was unable to get enough pwer and curl on the finish.

A sub for Hendry on 74 minutes, had little time to impress but got involved and almost carved out the winner with his accurate return pass to Adeboyejo near the end.

Got the last 10 minutes in place of the injured Oates. No time to shine but was great to see him back after his injury, having been so consistent earlier in the season.

A half-time sub for Bolton, Hewitt quickly grew into the game, defending well and bringing some much-needed life to the Stags right from an attacking point of view.
