The County chief takes his side to Leyton Orient on Saturday on the back of a three-game unbeaten run.

Ahead of the trip to the capital, Moniz has urged his side to be bold against Ian Hendon’s troops.

“We must not be afraid of anybody, but we respect other teams of course,” said Moniz.

“Leyton Orient lost in midweek to Carlisle, but I heard they were much better.

“You have to play with the same kind of quality like we did against Villa.

“There is a lack of fitness because we can’t press the ball for 90 minutes.

“It is easy to press your man.

“In League Two, if you give players time there are good players. If you don’t, then they are bad players.

“The team has to understand that.

“We played well for 30 minutes against York and then we stop.

“I find myself telling the same old story, but it is what it is.

“It’s on me to again make changes in personnel.”
