Season ticket sales going well at Alfreton Town

ALFRETON Town chairman Wayne Bradley has said he is very pleased with the instant early uptake of season tickets since renewal forms went out at the end of last week.

Early bird season tickets and ten match tickets are already proving popular as fans make sure they take advantage of big savings over the season.

The admission for each of the 23 league games next season will be £18 for adults, £12 for concessions (over-60s and children aged under 16) and £3 for Junior Reds.

But fans are taking advantage and making huge savings by purchasing early.

Individual admission has increased to £18 per game, but a ten match ticket - which can be used for any ten league fixtures throughout the course of the season - brings the cost down to £15 per game. And there is nothing to stop an individual purchasing a second one once the first one has been used up.

Membership for Junior Reds remains at the bargain price of just £5 for the season.

Early bird season tickets will be available up to June 30, 2012, and are priced at £289 for adults, £194 for concessions, £150 for a ten-match ticket, with concessions paying £100 for the ten-match option.

After the June 30 deadline, tickets increase to £310 for adults, £206 for concessions and £160 for a Ten-match ticket, £110 for ten-match concessions.

Fans paying £18 individually for each game would pay a total of £414 for 23 league games.

If they purchase a season ticket at the discounted price of £289, that works out at just £12.56 per game, of which only £10.48 goes to the club after VAT is taken off. After the early bird deadline, the price per individual game would work out at £13.47 for an adult.

The message from the club is simple. The more money the club generate, the more the club can spend on the facilities and the team.
