Dean Short has been confirmed as the new boss of struggling Teversal.
The former Sutton Town manager is tasked with keeping the club in NCEL Division One this season, before improving the Carnarvon Street sides fortunes next season.
Short will be assited by Craig Charlesworth asistant manager and Dean Mitchell as coach.
All three have proven ability at this level having lead a successful team at Sutton Town AFC before the ill-fated club folded.
Since then they have assisted at Rainworth MW this term before turning the fortunes at AFC Mansfield before being replaced by the high profile appointment of Rudy Funk.
The new management team will take official charge on Monday in preparation for the mouth-watering local derby with Shirebrook Town.
Reserve boss Chris Riley will take charge for the first team trip to Winterton Rangers, whilst Chris’s assistant Mitch Wilson will take the lead with the Reserves for their home game versus Borrowash Victoria Reserves.
Chairman Pete Cockerill said: “We are happy to be able to bring such an experienced team who share the same aims as the club.
“Hopefully they will bring back the belief back to the squad that we have in them. Obviously we welcome them with open arms and wish them all the best in their duties.”
