Mansfield Town's One Call Stadium to host landmark combat sports event Field Mill Mania
A unique opportunity for sports fans is heading to Mansfield Town this weekend as the One Call Stadium prepares to be transformed into a combat sports arena to host Field Mill Mania.
Saturday, May 26th will see the Stags’ home turf host the Revolution Elite Combat Championships (RECC) – a never-before-seen occasion in the history of Field Mill.
The usual fresh green of the One Call will instead feature a 20-foot octagonal combat ring, along with staging, big screen visuals and dramatic lighting to set the scene for the upcoming spectacle.
Stags supporters, combat sports fans and neutrals will be able to enjoy a nine-hour showcase, featuring a jam-packed 38-fight schedule between established and up-and-coming fighters from the Midlands, UK and Europe.

The bouts will include boxing, kickboxing and MMA, with live music and entertainment acts also on throughout the day. Food and drink will also be available during the duration of the event.
Doors will open at 12pm, with Mansfield Woodhouse musician Daniel Collier setting the tone for the afternoon. Spectators can expect to see further entertainment from the likes of West End performer Sophie-Rose Emery and the Tallah Dance Academy, and a cheerleading display by 776 Gymnastics and Cheer.
The junior fight card begins at 1pm, followed by a martial arts display featuring Tyler Killoran and Seth Parsons. The undercard and preliminaries will take place at 2.45pm and 5.20pm respectively, before drummer Oliver Hitchings introduces the main fight card to close out the night. The main event will get underway at 9pm.
Up to 3,000 spectators are expected on the day and tickets are still available to purchase ahead of the weekend. General access tickets for the Revolution Elite Combat Championships start at £26 (plus a £1.30 fee) for seating in the Ian Greaves Stand. Tickets are still available and be purchased via the Mansfield Town website.
