Your say: Mansfield Town fans have their say on season ticket prices

Mansfield Town season ticket for the club’s third season back in the Football League went on sale today – but inevitably not everyone is happy with what has been offered.

The club, who have suffered falling attendances, are not offering their Early Bird deal this year, which had been a money-saver for fans who acted quickly.

But the Stags are launching a new Quarry Lane Membership Card, which is designed give those supporters who can’t make every game an opportunity to support the team and still save some money.

The club has also launched an incentive package aimed towards all season ticket holders with various prize draws.

With no Early Bird discount the adult ticket has technically increased from £300 to £330 this summer, though it was £300 as long ago as 2002/03.

However, some fans are angry about the loss of the Early Bird discount and have slammed the various prize draws being offered with the new deals as gimmicks.

John Radford is being criticised for failing to reward loyalty.
