The trophy was presented by Chad sports editor John Lomas.
Chad runner-up was Ritchie Sutton, who picked up the other three trophies on the day before being sent off in the first minute of the 2-1 home defeat.
Thomas also took home the Roy Palmer Memorial Shield as the Westfield Stags’ Player of the Year, the Emma Stamp Memorial Trophy for the most Man of the Match awards, presented by Michael, Philip and Matthew Stamp, and the Jack Retter Young Player of the Year Award, presented by Paul Taylor.
