It was a wet and miserable grey day all-round at One Call Stadium on Saturday as Stags were held 1-1 by struggling visitors Bristol Rovers.
Paul Cox’s men looked jaded after their midweek exertions against Chesterfield, but still led through Lee Stevenson’s first Football League goal on 22 minutes.
However, Rovers enjoyed the lion’s share of the possession in the driving rain and deservedly snatched an 86th minute equaliser.
