Stags v Burton match is ON
Mansfield Town’s home League Two clash with Burton Albion will go ahead this afternoon at rain-swept One Call Stadium (3pm).
With other games falling foul of the New Year’s Day national deluge, the Mansfield pitch has now passed two ‘routine inspections’ at 12.20pm and 1.30pm.
Now the sides will be hoping for no further disruption once they start as further rain is forecast.
