Fans can therefore buy tickets up until 3pm on a home Saturday match and 7.45pm for a midweek home match.

The club’s new ticketing system had been under fire from day one with the half-hour cut-off point for sales a big sticking point with many fans rushing to get to the ground in time.

A club spokesman said: “Previously, the box office closed for sales half-an-hour before kick off, but this extra 30 minute window should now make it even easier for supporters to buy tickets on the day of the match.”

Supporters are reminded that there are no cash turnstiles at One Call Stadium as all spectators must be in possession of a valid ticket before entering the ground.

Visiting supporters cannot purchase tickets on the day of the match at One Call Stadium and must be in possession of a valid match ticket before travelling to the game. Allocated seating is also in operation.

Supporters who purchase a single ticket for a home league game this season before a matchday can save £2 on their match ticket, but must collect their ticket before a matchday to be entitled to the discount.

Supporters who purchase tickets for more than one home game in advance of a matchday can receive a pre-purchase discount and still collect their tickets on the day of a game. This policy is available to all supporters, regardless of their location.
Fans will therefore be able to save £4 by purchasing a ticket for two home matches in advance of matches (either in person or via telephone) and can collect them at any time after purchase.

Tickets purchased and collected in advance of matchday cost £18 adults, £13 senior citizens/students and £8 aged seven to 16.

Tickets purchased on matchday are £20 adults, £15 senior citizens/students, £10 aged seven to 16. Aged six and under go free.
