Stags star Clucas named in League Two top 10
Clucas (23) came to the club as a winger from Conference club Hereford United as a winger last summer but has since scored 13 goals and been used as a striker.
Manager Paul Cox said: “I am over the moon for Sam and he deserves all the accolades he gets.

“Since then he has come on leaps and bounds. Sam is a joy to work with and works extremely hard.
“He has even been played out of position for most of the season. I don’t think he is a centre forward. As he has showed the last couple of games, when he comes on to play on the flanks he is sometimes unplayable.
“This is a feather in the cap of the club, of me as the manager and of the player himself.

Chesterfield’s Gary Roberts was crowned the overall Sky Bet League Two Player of the Year at the Football League Awards ceremony at The Brewery, London.
The awards were voted for by managers of the clubs in each division. Each manager was asked to list their top five players from this season in order, with the scores added up to get a shortlist and an overall winner.
Joining Roberts and Clucas in the top 10 were Sam Winnall (Scunthorpe United), Scott Hogan (Rochdale), Rhys Murphy (Dagenham and Redbridge), John-Joe O’Toole (Bristol Rovers), Jimmy Ryan (Chesterfield), David Syers (Scunthorpe United), Tommy Lee (Chesterfield) and Ian Henderson (Rochdale).
